Hillwalking
The Trotternish ridge provides some of the most spectacular fell walking in Britain with its rounded moorland hills carved by a huge craggy cliff with its towering pinnacles and circling ravens. Our favourite walk is the Quiriang which once seen, either on a bright day with its stunning views, or in its mysterious guise with swirling mists, will never be forgotten.
Around the area are masses of other possibilites for walks of varying lengths and degrees of strenuous. To help people wanting to strike out on their own, we can teach the basics of navigation. John has over 30 years hillwalking experience, and is a qualified Summer Mountain Leader with the MLTB, any staff are suitably qualified and experienced.
